Michael Chiodo - Founder

Michael began his career in Real Estate while attending college to get his degree in finance. Michael dove head first into growing his lending team and mortgage brand to help clients across the country. With over a decade of real estate investing, he used his proficiency in financing to amass a multi million dollar rental portfolio. His focus on educating borrowers, helping them build a financial foundation, and then grow their wealth through investing in real estate are the pillars of his business’ success and also what drives Michael.

Nathan Udomsri - Founder

Nathan began his professional career as an aerospace engineer and took that data driven approach into real estate investing and his mortgage lending career. He bought his first house right out of school and house hacked it. Since then he's built a multi million dollar rental portfolio comprising of short term and long term rentals. His mission is to educate others that it's possible to invest in real estate no matter where you're starting.
